Head of government	The prime ministre (the PM) and NOT the monarch who reigns but doesn't rule.	The president => Be careful : no PM in the US as the president is both head of state & government.

	PM and Cabinet formally confirmed by the monarch BUT a formality.	Cabinet members (the executive) always confirmed by the Senate (the legislative)
